Official Loblaws Survey – Rules
There is no entry fee, and no payment will be needed to claim the reward. You need to provide proof that you have the legal right to live in Canada. The required age threshold is 18.

Only one prize per home will be given in each monthly lottery. Only one survey per person will be accepted.
