Wendy’s to take part in the www.talktowendys.com survey, you must be at least 18 years old. There is a limit of one complimentary sandwich per survey receipt. Regardless, you may reapply for the Wendy’s Want to Know Survey as many times as you want, but each time you’ll need a new receipt.

You must use a real email address. If you want to participate in the TalktoWendy survey, you’ll need a receipt that’s no more than seven days old.

Your ability to speak English or Spanish, or at least to understand the language, is very desirable. Since the questions will be written in either English or Spanish, this is an absolute need despite the questions’ seeming simplicity.
